Just a couple updates

First off, I didn't get that job. I guess it wasn't in my cards right now. I always say, there is a reason for everything. Especially now with my cousin being so ill, I am still able to help out with her.

Speaking of my cousin, she came home last night. She was dehydrated and she was pushing herself too hard going back to work when she did. She is feeling much better today and she stayed home from work.

We just found out that her doctor gave her 6 months to live, but we don't know when he told her that. She is a tough cookie, that's for sure and she isn't going down without a fight.

      I'm sorry about your cousin. I have mixed feelings about doctors when they tell a patient how long they think they will live because of their disease or whatever. I mean, yes the patient should know how serious it is and how much time they have but on the other hand, it is also like they are giving them a death sentence. I don't really like that. I hope she proves that doctor wrong and lives another 6 YEARS or more! I remember reading in Criss's book that his dad lived longer than what the doctor said he would. So don't believe the doctor but believe in your cousin instead. She may surprise you! You and your family are in my prayers. =)

      Prayers for your cousin Lorrie. She sounds like a really stronng person. I think it's great that she was keeping her normal routine. That helps a lot.
